Using Classified Ads on the MIN - To Buy Building or Lease Space

Recently, posted this ad to purchase a building (on behalf of one of my clients). Have you used this free service of classified ad postings?

Goal - Looking to buy a building or lease space in KW/Cambridge area - 15,000-20,000 sq foot ideal.
