Pam Vermeersch is an associate in the Gowlings’ Hamilton Office where she is a member of the Business Law Group. Her practice covers all aspects of business transactions. She has been involved in a number of corporate and commercial law matters including asset and share purchase transactions, secured lending transactions, and corporate reorganizations.

Pam first joined Gowlings as an articling student in 2006. She received her Bachelor of Laws from the University of Western Ontario in 2006, and was called to the Bar in 2007. As an undergraduate, Pam received a Bachelor of Mathematics with a concentration in Business Administration from the University of Waterloo.

Pam is currently a member of the Canadian Bar Association and the Hamilton Law Association.
