Bernadeen McLeod is the principle behind Mentor Works Ltd. She operates her business and executive coach practice from Cambridge, Ontario with clients throughout the region including Toronto, Kitchener, Waterloo, Guelph, and Burlington. Bernadeen worked in the corporate arena for 18 years as an executive and general manager. Her personal journey of discovery led her to business coaching once she realized that identity is more than a title and being a great leader is about a lot more than financial results, net profit, ratios with trend lines and ROI’s. As a corporate mentor, she takes her passion and helps other executives and business owners rediscover themselves and redefine their businesses in new and exciting ways leading to increased profit and engagement of their team.

On a personal level, Bernadeen is happily married with four daughters. She is active in her community through both her church and National Service Dogs. She is action orientated and enjoys showing clients how to dig deep, flush out obstacles and take action. She facilitates a personal development program for women, helping them become better mothers, wives and leaders in the community. She impacts others by teaching them how to apply the insightful information she brings to them, helping them reach their full potential.
